Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address and the country or region derived from it
- The screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens
- The time spent in the Application and how you progress through the game
- Your mobile operating system, device model, language, and similar device metadata
- Device and advertising identifiers, such as the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA), the Apple Vendor Identifier (IDFV), and the Google Advertising ID (GAID)
- Crash reports and diagnostic information
The Service Provider uses this information to operate the Application, save and restore your game progress, deliver and measure advertising, process in-app purchases, diagnose crashes, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Application.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
On iOS, where App Tracking Transparency applies, the Application will ask for your permission before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, the Application and its partners will not use your IDFA for that purpose.
Advertising
The Application displays advertising, including rewarded video, interstitial, and banner formats. Advertising is delivered through Yodo1 MAS, an ad mediation platform that works with a number of third-party advertising networks on the Service Provider’s behalf.
To show ads, measure their performance, and limit how often you see the same ad, the mediation platform and the ad networks it works with may process your advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device metadata, and information about the ads you are shown and interact with. Where personalized advertising is used, this information may be used to select ads that are more relevant to you.
You can limit personalized advertising at any time using the controls described under Opt-Out Rights. Limiting personalized advertising does not remove ads from the Application; it makes them less relevant.
Analytics and Attribution
The Service Provider uses ByteBrew and other analytics services listed below to understand how the Application is used, to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, to run remote configuration and A/B tests, and to improve the game. These services may process a user identifier, device identifiers including IDFA and GAID, device metadata, IP address and the country derived from it, gameplay and progression events, ad and purchase events, and profiles derived from that information.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play, not by the Service Provider. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details. The Service Provider receives the purchase receipt, the product purchased, the transaction identifier, and the purchase status, which are used to grant your purchase, restore purchases, provide support, and detect fraud.
Location Information
The Application does not request access to your device’s precise (GPS) location.
- Approximate location: The Service Provider and its third-party SDKs derive an approximate location, such as country or region, from your IP address.
- Analytics and improvements: Aggregated approximate location data helps the Service Provider understand usage patterns, comply with regional legal requirements, and improve performance.
- Advertising: Approximate location may be used by advertising partners to select and measure advertising, subject to your choices and applicable law.
Personal Data We Process
Depending on how you use the Application and on the permissions and consents you give, the Service Provider and its processors may handle the following categories of information: user identifier, advertising identifier, device identifier, IP address, approximate location, device metadata, gameplay and progression analytics, interaction data, advertising interaction data, in-app purchase history, and crash logs.
The Service Provider does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, postal address, or payment card details. If you contact support by email, the Service Provider will process your email address and the contents of your message in order to answer you.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at support@alicaglar.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
The Service Provider does not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising identifiers for personalized advertising may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out using the controls described under Opt-Out Rights, or by contacting support@alicaglar.net.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information and required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider shares information with the third-party service providers listed below so that they can perform advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, and store services on its behalf, in the ways described in this privacy policy. Aggregated and anonymized data, which no longer identifies you, may also be used and shared for reporting and product improvement.
Please note that the Application uses third-party services that have their own privacy policies about handling data. Their policies govern the information they receive.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.
To limit personalized advertising without uninstalling the Application:
- iOS: open Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn off tracking for the Application, or turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track.
- Android: open Settings › Google › Ads and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
To request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to exercise any of your rights, contact the Service Provider at support@alicaglar.net.

Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting the Service Provider at support@alicaglar.net. The Service Provider will process your request within the timeframes required by applicable law.

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete it from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at support@alicaglar.net so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date.
